ASA Kenya has been awarded the prestigious Top 100 Mid-sized Companies Awards in the CSR/Philanthropy category by KPMG Kenya in partnership with Business Daily (local business newspaper). The Top 100 Mid-Sized Companies 2022 Awards assessed the company's performance from 2020 to 2022 and was awarded during a Gala Dinner held on the 18th of November 2022 at Safari Park hotel.

ASA Kenya was voted among the best in public Health initiatives in the CSR 100 Awards 2022. The top 100 Companies in CSR that excelled in social impact initiatives and demonstrated outstanding leadership and commitment to corporate social responsibility and sustainability initiatives in Kenya were awarded. ASA Kenya was recognised for the free medical camp which provided dental treatment and minor head and neck tumor surgeries to 192 families in Kitale, Trans Nzoia County. The award ceremony was organized by Digital Events Ltd in conjunction with an independent panel of judges drawn from non-profit organizations, academia, sustainability advocacy, professional bodies, industry networks, and media. ASA International Kenya Limited was recognized as the "Pacesetter Microfinance of the year 2021" in the Annual Industry Leadership Awards gala held on 17 December 2021 at the Panari Hotel, Nairobi. This is an annual industry leadership recognition award to acknowledge top industry leaders for their innovation, quality products, service delivery, job creation, exemplary leadership, growing the economy and transforming the society. The winners in various categories were carefully selected through a competitive and thorough process involving a public vote and a panel of judges from November 2020 to November 2021.

ASA International Kenya Limited was ranked 6th overall in the Kenya Top 100 Mid-Sized Companies Survey 2019 and emerged as top as the best overall microfinance institution in the same Survey. This was the company’s maiden participation in the Survey, which is conducted by the Nation Media Group and KPMG in Kenya annually.
