Kenya is one of Africa’s top performing economies and financial inclusion has been on the agenda for well over a decade. According to the FinAccess Household Survey, in collaboration with the Central Bank of Kenya, Kenya National Bureau of Statistics and FSD Kenya, in 2019 Kenya had a population of 47,564,296. The survey also shows that 82.9% of the adult population has access to at least one financial product.
