Client Complaint Resolution Committee

The management has established a Client Compliant Resolution Committee, where our valued customers can share their opinions, raise a complaint out of any grievance and seek recourse.

Who can complain?

Any client who is facing a problem/ill-treatment/delay in service/or unacceptable behaviour by ASA International Kenya Limited staff is free to raise concerns and complaints.

Client complaint procedure

In the event of a complaint, clients are encouraged to contact their respective Area Managers: Direct call to the Area Manager (Mobile number is available on the Passbook) and submit a written complaint in to the “Complaint Box” which is available at all Branch offices.
